Cancellation

​

• ALL BOOKING CANCELLATIONS will incur a non refundable deduction of $200 deposit for Retreat/Events and $100 per Course plus Booking Fees.

• No refund will be made if circumstances change and you are unable to attend.

• Credit Note with Balance will be issued and can be used within 2 year from date of cancellation.

• Balance of Refunds can be used for other eligible courses specified by Pranic Healing Melbourne

• Refund requests to be made in writing to pranichealingmelbourne@gmail.com giving full reason for cancellation and the alternative course to apply that refund.

Purchases

​

• Any information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, will be given to Paypal, Stripe payment services.

• Pranic Healing Melbourne does not have access to any Payment information or accounts with payment authorities. 

• You will be entering a Third Party payment agreement.

• Any information obtained for purchases is strictly contained by Wix payment authorities and security by third parties.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.

• We strongly advise you to exercise caution and do your own due diligence in conducting any transactions through this Service.
